| 2024 Summer Reading Youth Registration |
| Please fill out this form for each youth participant you are registering. Must be 5-18 years old to participate. Summer reading begins Monday July 8th and runs for 6 weeks. Pick up your registration materials at the youth services department on the second floor. Bring your reading log and lanyard in once a week, every week, to pick a free book and earn that weeks "brag badge button" for your lanyard. You'll also receive a ticket to be entered into weekly prize drawings! |
